We guarantee top quality products and strive to make every customer happy. If a product is deemed defective or damaged we will refund or replace the purchased item. Item being refunded must be returned to us in a timely manner to receive a refund.

Custom Orders

Some of our products are highly customized and made to order for each customer. All custom order sales are final. Replacements will be sent on orders that are defective, or were incorrect when shipped. We cannot accept returns as all of our orders are designed specifically for your application and are considered custom. If an order is cancelled before we have printed or cut the order, a refund may be issued, minus a proofing fee.
